Description
There’s a place in southern Arizona with a pond where bats fly over at night to get a drink. The owner charges a fee to come and photograph them, and it was well worth it! When it got dark, I readied my camera and waited, and they came...
The Pallid Bat is a species of bat that ranges from western Canada to central Mexico. Pallid bats do not appear to migrate any great distance as the seasons change. They will break into smaller groups and hibernate deep within crevices in canyon walls, in buildings or deep in caves where the temperature is more constant.
