Judi Dressler has been accepted at the beautiful and well known pARTiculars Art Gallery in April 2019, to sell a variety of her greeting cards. Also, in future when a spot opens up, she will have the option to hang photos on the wall as well.

Judi Dressler Exhibits At Boulder Avalon Ballroom

Judi Dressler was invited to exhibit her art work at the renowned Avalon Ballroom in Boulder, Colorado at the beginning of May, 2018. This is quite an honor, as the ballroom attracts hundreds of dancers every week, and features excellent art on a rotating basis. Judi's photos were exhibited for 11 months at the ballroom, and were scheduled to be taken down in April, 2019. Judi sold several images during this period.

Judi Dressler was congratulated by the Denver Audubon Society for getting two winning images in the "Top 250" of the 2018 Share the View Contest. A total of 2,114 images were entered this year from around the world.

"I had just gone into the kitchen for a cup of tea, when I saw these two Northern Flickers on my deck railing, staring each other down and doing their head dance. A few minutes later, they flew up at each other in an aerial confrontation, and then took off in different directions."

Judi Dressler presented as one of a panel of 10 "Best Photographers" at Denver Audubon's Share the View International Nature Photography Contest at Denver's CU South Denver IMAX theater. Below is the letter inviting her to participate:


"Based on your excellent Top 250 finish in the 2017 Share the View International Nature Photography Contest, you are invited to be part of the program February 14th on the IMAX screen at University of Colorado Denver -South. Ten photographers will present 10 images each while telling the story behind them in 3 ½ minutes. We’d like you to be one of them.

Rather than just showing a series of pictures, we’re looking for presentations on the theme of Discovery. An experience, a special technique or a memorable story are examples of what we’d like to see. Has your camera unexpectedly revealed something that will surprise us? All of the four photos I submitted for the show at Frasier Meadows were chosen to hang in the exhibit ""Impressions of Nature"! The opening was October 11, 2017, from 2:30 to 4:30, with cello music and snacks. The photos will hang through the end of November, 2017

Opening Reception: Friday, September 8, 2017, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Includes panel discussion.
Runs: Friday, September 1st through Saturday, November 11th, 2017.

The juror was Wendy Shattil of Shattil / Rozinski Photography.
