It seemed like the wrong day to have gone out looking for pictures of birds, as the sky clouded over and then the rain came. But it was a soft rain, and this little Black-necked Stilt was out anyway, looking for dinner! I like his ruffled feathers in this pic. Shot taken near Greeley, Colorado.
